Payment received before 12 noon goods delivered by 1 p.m. the following day where possible. No Sunday or Bank holiday deliveries.
All orders will be sent by Special Delivery or recorded delivery.
Please request a price for delivery outside of the UK. UK Delivery: All UK orders have delivery included.

In the unlikely event you wish to return your order please return within 7 days of receipt with it's original packaging and Certificate of Authenticity where applicable. The jewellery must be unworn complete with label if applicable.
Please note: All credits will be issued less 20% handling/Re-stocking fee unless goods are faulty.
Jewellery should be returned by Special Delivery as recorded delivery DOES NOT cover jewellery.
REFUNDS
Please note I will complete the Paypal refund either as soon as the goods are returned in good order or the customer has changed their mind prior to despatch but I CANNOT guarantee how long it takes Paypal to return the payment to you as this is completely out of my control. It seems it can take upward of 30 days to credit your account although refunds leave my account immediately. Please be assured I do my side of the refund without any delay.
